Monica Moses has spent almost 20 years imagining solutions to ongoing newspaper problems: declining readership, assembly-line production processes and conflicts between disciplines. Now deputy managing editor of visuals at the Star Tribune in Minneapolis, Monica is a former faculty member of The Poynter Institute for Media Studies. She has done redesign, collaboration and management consulting for more than a dozen U.S. newspapers.
